Shipping & Delivery
Factory Rider ships using the United States Postal Service. Priority shipping is used with most orders, which includes tracking information at no extra charge. Pricing for shipping varies depending on the weight of the order, and where the item is being shipped. Orders placed before 3:00 pm EST will be shipped the same day unless the items are custom made which can include, but not limited to, custom number plates, and seat covers.
Shipping within the United States usually takes 2-3 days to be delivered after your order has left our warehouse; not from when your order is placed. Some orders are delayed if custom backgrounds, or seat covers are ordered.
Shipping outside of the United States takes 6-10 business days on average from the day it leaves our warehouse. Note: Orders and packages are susceptible to being checked by customs, delaying the delivery of your items. Some countries have import tax laws, in which case you would be liable to pay import tax on the items you purchase. You may be responsible for paying these fees once you have received the package so please be aware of this.
Privacy & Security
Here at Factory Rider we take your privacy very seriously. We do not distribute a customer's information, and will never use your information for any reason other than for the sole purpose of your order. This customer information is solely used to build and maintain a typical business-to-customer data base. Within the checkout process, we use an order form to enable your purchase of products. In connection with your purchase, we ask for contact and shipping information (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.) and billing information.
Secure Server: You will be placing your order over a secure server which uses a 128 bit encryption known as SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This is then decrypted, making it viewable only by authorized personnel of Factory Rider. In addition to placing your order over a secure network, we have implemented and installed firewalls, and antivirus to protect your information; so rest assure your information is safe!
Returns & Replacements
Please contact us if you would like to return your item, or items at email@example.com or call us at 727-492-2399. You have 14 days from the day the item, or items were delivered to contact us concerning your return. Items must be returned in new and unused condition with its original packaging. Note: All custom items are non returnable even within the 14 day return policy which includes custom graphics, custom number plates, or custom seat covers. If custom items are delivered and you find they were done in error on our part, please contact us immediately so we can get this resolved as quickly as possible.
You may occasionally receive special offers and email updates from us about new products, and exciting news happening in the Motocross World. This information is not shared with other companies, but it is transmitted over non-secure web servers. We will never sell, or give out your email address to any 3rd party companies, and it will be strictly used by Factory Rider only. Please note we will promptly remove your email address if requested.
